Smoothie

This recipe is a healthy breakfast in a cup. The fruits expect the banana can be fresh or frozen. Also, feel free to add any fruit you want.

1 Banana (Add another banana if you want it to be a banana smoothie)

1/4 cup favourite berries, fresh or frozen. (Save 3 or 4 berries for garnish)

1 tbsp plain yogurt

1/3 cup orange juice or water

1. Combine ingredients in blender and blend for 50 seconds. Pour smoothie in cup , garnish and enjoy!
